PREMIER COSMETIC SOLUTIONS
Premier Cosmetic Solutions by Lorraine is a boutique beauty clinic specialising in permanent makeup procedures. Based on the Gold Coast and subsequently in the UK, owner and founder Lorraine is highly regarded in the industry thanks to her experience and skills.
Challenge
Premier Cosmetic Solutions chose SagaSocial as their socia media agency to get assistance with paid advertising, social media management and content creation in order to increase platform engagement, drive brand awareness and generate new bookings.
Solution
We began by delving deep into the business and analysed past social media activity, performance, competitors, the audience and overall industry landscape in order to develop a content strategy. We then created strategic content based on insights and findings and launched advertising campaigns in order to grow customer lists and generating leads and bookings.

MiGoldCoast is a comprehensive online guide for tourists and locals on the Gold Coast, boasting over 45k followers combined on their social media platforms. They focus on providing value, sharing local tips and run popular giveaways each month.
Challenge
MiGoldCoast’s social engagement and results had started to gradually drop. SagaSocial was approached to breathe new life into their social media platforms and create new strategies to enhance brand awareness and elevate business growth.
Solution
After a thorough evaluation of previous posts and results, SagaSocial created a content strategy which amongst other things communicated MiGoldCoast’s slogan “Something for everyone”. We also launched several ad campaigns to drive brand awareness and growth, and implemented a new email marketing strategy in order to capture their large audience on an internal email list. We also focused heavily on community management in order to increase engagement rates.
